Day 03 was all about work. First in the morning, a meeting with my colleague to compare notes and recaps on the movie we saw the day before. Then, in the afternoon, it was not one but two big meetings with Disney people in their office in Burbanks. The sketch was made in-between the 2 meetings. Then, at night, we took the subway to go to Hollywood to see the famous Chinese Theater, the path of the stars, the Kodak theater and finally meet my friend David that I haven't seen it more than 8 years. He is my former boss when I worked in VtechSoft back in the end 90's. He decided to bring us to a very local and famous dinery in downtown Los Angeles. It was a good evening. The food and the chat were excellent ! Really to short. I hope to see him again, and I hope it will not be in 8 years! Then, back to the hotel for the last night...
Le 3ième jour était entièrement consacré au travail. D'abord, le matin, un meeting avec mon collègue pour comparer nos notes sur le film de la veille et préparer les meetings de l'après-midi. Puis l'après-midi, pas un mais deux gros meetings avec les gens de Disney dans leurs bureaux de Burbanks. Le dessin a été fait pendant la pose entre les 2 meetings. J'attendais la fin de la journée avec impatience. Ce n'était pas seulement pour voir les célèbres théâtres Chinois et Kodak ainsi que le trottoir avec toutes les étoiles de gens célèbres. Non, c'était surtout revoir un bon copain, David, que je n'avais pas revu depuis plus de 8 ans. Il était mon chef de projet( basé à Los Angeles ) à l'époque où je travaillais à VtechSoft à la fin des années 90. Il décida de nous emmener dans un resto très connu, un petit coin très typique dans le centre de Los Angeles. Ce fut une bonne soirée, la nourriture était exceleente et la conversation animée ( ah, que de souvenirs ! ). C'était trop court et j'espère bien avoir l'occasion de le revoir, et si possible avant 8 ans! Ensuite, retour à l'hotel pour la dernière nuit...
